How can I create an order?
1- Select the product you want to buy and the right size to suit you, and click the 'Add to Cart' button.

2- You can continue your shopping from the screen that opens after adding to the cart, or you can click the 'Complete Order' button.

3- If you have a gift voucher that you can use in your order, enter the code in the gift vouchers field, press the add button and click the 'Complete Order' button.

4- Fill in your address information correctly and press the save button.

5- Choose your preferred payment method and fill in the required information.

6- Click the 'Complete Order' button and you are done.

How can I create an order with payment at the door?
1- Select the product you want to buy and the right size to suit you, and click the 'Add to Cart' button.

2- You can continue your shopping from the screen that opens after adding to the cart, or you can click the 'Complete Order' button.

3- If you have a gift voucher that you can use in your order, enter the code in the gift vouchers field, press the add button and click the 'Complete Order' button.

4- Fill in your address information correctly and press the save button.

5- Select Cash on Delivery from the Payment Method section. Cash on Delivery method may incur additional charges.

6- Click the 'Complete Order' button and you are done.

How can I track my order?
After your order is completed, the following notification e-mails will be sent to you.

1. "Your Order Received" notification e-mail when the order is completed

2. When your order starts to be prepared, ""Your Order is being Packed"" notification e-mail

3. When your order is delivered to the courier, a notification e-mail titled "Your Order Has Been Delivered to Cargo" and an information SMS from the courier company

TIP: You can check the status of your order with your membership e-mail and order number, from the "My Orders" tab in the "My Account" section on the main page or by clicking the "ORDER TRACKING" link."

My order is incomplete, what can I do?
"Always open your order with the courier. If the package contents are missing or incorrect:

1. Never take delivery of the cargo.

2. Attach “Damage Assessment Report” to the cargo officer.

3. Return the product/box with this report and invoice.

• If you did not open the product with the cargo officer, please send us a detailed explanation of the situation and a few photos. Your request will be reviewed and we will get back to you as soon as possible."
