How does the process of the return process ?

My order is wrong, it is defective, what should I do?
1. By logging in as a member, click "My Return Requests" in the "My Account" section and fill in the relevant fields with the "Create New Request" option.
2. Put the invoice with the products in one package.

When will I be refunded for the product I returned?
Your refund will be processed after the product reaches us. The reflection time on your card varies according to the banks and is 7-10 business days. When your return process is completed, you will be notified via your e-mail registered in the system.
The time it takes for the refunded amount to be reflected on your card depends on your bank. If items reach us used, worn, washed or with the tag removed, we may have to send them back to you. In this case, no refund will be made.
